The total amount of the project: 33.05 million yuan, the total construction area of the building is 35,100 square meters, and the laboratory area is 13,000 square meters (a total of 27 floors, of which the experimental area is 18-27 floors). Based on the design concept of "safe, environmental protection, practical, durable, beautiful, excellent, economic and leading", the laboratory displays an efficient, modern, energy-saving and environmentally friendly laboratory with open experiment space and open office space. The construction contents include: experimental bench cabinet, ventilation system (equipment exhaust, overall exhaust), fresh air system, comfort air conditioning system, purification air conditioning system, centralized gas supply system, decoration system, water supply and drainage system, strong and weak power system, intelligent control system and three waste treatment system. This project won the "Luban Award for Architectural Engineering".
