电子工业洁净室

按照GB50591-2010《洁净室施工及验收规范》执行
工程特点：①主体结构宜采用大空间及大跨度柱网;②大型电子工业洁净厂采用上技术夹层、下技术夹层这种“夹心”式多层构造;③应考虑大型生产工艺设备的安装维修要求，设置必要的运输通道和不影响洁净生产环境的安装口或检修口;④按二级耐火等级设计;⑤特殊气体的储存和分配间应有耐火隔墙与洁净室隔开，该墙耐火等级不低于1H;⑥允许设置空气吹淋室，与洁净工作服更衣间相邻，单人吹淋室按最大班30人一间设计，人数过多可设置隧道式吹淋室;;⑦照明灯具采用泪珠型灯具;⑧设置防静电环境;⑨在场地环境上应避开振动源。
