  设计原则

  1.对局部污染要实施防扩散措施,集中排除;2.气流方向应保证由清洁区流向污染区,由低污染区流向高污染区;3.减少室内回流与涡流;4.新风口尽量离工作人近,废气流向尽量避开操作人员工作区;5.送风口以下0.5m处气流速度不应大于0.4m/s.

  CFD技术

  计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics)是通过计算机数值计算和图像显示,对包含有流体流动和热传导等相关物理现象的系统所做的分析。

  对于一些气流组织设计要求严格的实验室,可利用CFD技术进行计算机模拟分析,通过调整设计方案和通排风量的比例,比较各方案的通风效果,确定气流组织设计方案。

  安全舒适

  为了保障实验室内操作人员安全,我们需要对各种实验设备的气流进行精确、快速的控制,保证实验当中产生的有毒、有害气体不会溢出而危及人员安全。合适并且稳定的温湿度,气流稳定无异味,为实验室的工作人员提供一个舒适的工作环境,以提高工作效率。

  节能环保

  节能是实验室管理者非常关心的问题。在保障安全的前提下,尽量降低能耗是VAV系统设计的关键目标之一。在实际使用中,实验室通风系统必须满足以下要求:① 能有效地排出有害气体② 系统正常运行,噪音≤55dB③ 系统能耗低④ 系统可靠性高,⑤操作人性化设计。
