集中供气流程

PROJECT DETAILS


  1.气源采用集中供气方式,均采用自动切换装置,每侧1个或多个钢瓶,一侧钢瓶组内气体压力低于设定压力后,会自动切换到由另一侧钢瓶组供气,将空钢瓶更换满瓶后,将扳手扳至供气一侧,可实现下一次的自动切换,从气瓶室通过不锈钢仪表管将气体输送至各用气终端,保证美观与安全;

  2.为了满足仪器使用要求,所有气体系统采用两级减压方式,即在气瓶出口处设置一级减压阀,在气体使用点设置二级减压阀;

  3.在气体系统的出口点,应设置气体截止阀(球阀)及使用点接头以方便用气设备连接到气体管道系统;

  4.在易燃气体(H2 C2H2 CH4)系统中,为了防止回火现象的发生,应在系统低压端(一级减压器后)加装防爆阻火器;

  5.管道为卡套或自动焊接方式连接,沿墙角明铺或天花板暗铺,就近连接至各仪器终端;

  6.供气流程 : 高压气瓶 → 过滤器、单向阀、高压软管 → 高压自动切换装置 →总控制阀 →阻火器 (仅可燃性气体)→ 供气管道 → 终端阀门 → 终端调压阀→ 分析仪器
