Use of digital software (2)
Four, working mode setting
1. Options
In this function, users can set various conditions and rules for sampling.
(1) Basic parameters
Sampling Rate. Set the sampling frequency of the sensor in the next sampling.
Photoelectric gate working mode. Set the working mode of the photoelectric gate sensor in the next sampling.
(2) Start experiment parameters
Sampling method
Continuous sampling. Click the start sampling button to start sampling until the conditions for ending the experiment are met.
Snapshot sampling. Click Start Sampling to start reading data, but only when you click the "Snapshot Sampling" button will the data be recorded once.
Threshold trigger. It is necessary to set which sensor is the reference sensor for the threshold, and to set the trigger condition whether it is greater than the threshold or less than the threshold, and the value of the threshold. Click Start Sampling to start reading data, but only when the threshold conditions are met will it start recording data.
Value sampling. No input value is collected.
Experimental acquisition data processing
Same data processing: before each click to start the experiment, check this option. In the next experiment, the software will only collect changed sensor data. (For example: the data are listed as 1, 1, 1, 2. If this option is checked, the software will only choose to collect the numbers 1, 2)
(3) End of experiment parameters
End by time. The sampling time needs to be set, in seconds. When sampling starts, if the total sampling time reaches the specified number of seconds, sampling will automatically stop.
End by the number of data rows. Need to set the total number of rows sampled. When the number of sampled data rows reaches this value, the sampling will be notified automatically.
End by data threshold. It is necessary to set which sensor is the reference sensor for the threshold, and to set the trigger condition whether it is greater than the threshold or less than the threshold, and the value of the threshold. After sampling starts, when the collected data meets this condition, sampling will automatically stop.
2. Sensor definition
Set different parameters related to the sensor. The factory has set these parameters before leaving the factory, and it is recommended that users do not change any of them casually. If you really need to change, please maintain with the factory, and carry out under the guidance of professionals. Otherwise, unforeseen problems may occur during the experiment.
3. Design of constant calculation
3.1 Constant settings
Constants are used in the design of calculation quantities and can be set to a fixed value or a preset sequence of numbers. In a template, up to 64 constants can be designed. Select a location in the list on the left, fill in the name and set value of the constant in the column on the right, and click Save.
If you want to delete a constant, select the constant you want to delete in the list on the left and click the delete button.
There are two types of constants, one is a fixed value, and the other is a series. If you want to design a series constant, when designing a constant, click the button behind the numerical input field and edit the series in the pop-up dialog box.
Sequence constants. During the experiment, every time a new row of data is added, constants will pop up one by one in order from top to bottom for use in calculation formulas. After the last value of the number column is popped up, if the number of data rows is still increasing, the last value will be popped up repeatedly.
3.2 Calculation amount setting
The calculated amount refers to the value obtained by editing the calculation formula based on the data and constants collected by the sensor. In the process of data collection, these calculations will be generated synchronously with the sensor reading data.
Select a space in the list on the left to set a calculation amount. A template supports up to 64 calculations. The related attributes of the calculation amount are described as follows:
name. The name of the calculated amount displayed in the graph, table, etc.
The number of decimal places. The maximum number of decimal places for this calculation.
Minimum value. The smallest possible amount of calculation.
Maximum value. The maximum possible amount of calculation. Trigger amount. (Not used temporarily)
Number of trigger lines. (Not used temporarily) Calibration value. After the value is calculated, a numerical value is added.
company name. The unit of the calculation amount displayed in a graph, etc.
expression. The expression used to calculate the calculated amount. Please use formula button and data volume button to obtain
Calculate the available formulas and data sources (sensor quantities, constants, other calculation quantities). If the input formula is correct, the corresponding description of the formula will be displayed in the bottom line. You can also click the check button after the expression to check whether the input formula is correct Meet the grammatical requirements
After editing, click the save button to save the calculated amount, if you want to delete the calculated amount, click the delete button.
4. Constant input window
Select Tools->Constant Calculation Quantity Design->Constant Input Window to instantly adjust the constants during the current sampling process. First select the constant targeted by the constant input window. If the constant is a fixed value constant, the fixed value will be displayed in the input box and can be changed at any time. The changed value is only valid when you click the accept button on the right side of the input box. If it is a series of constants, the series will be displayed in the list and the next value to be used will be highlighted. Modify the value in the input box and click the Accept button, then the next value will be changed accordingly. Note that the constant is only valid for the current sample after being modified here. When the next sample is taken, the value will still be restored to the fixed value or number sequence set by the template. The fixed value or number sequence of the template must be modified in Tools -> Constant Calculation Design.
5. Experimental data management
The collected experimental data can be managed through this function. On the interface, you can select the sampling data once, and then delete the sampling data for that time, or you can choose to copy the frame and data. If it is a copy frame, the system will generate a new sampling frequency. The structure of this data is the same as that of the copied one, but it does not contain data. Copying data completely copies the frame and data of the specified sampling times.
Five, data display method

Sensor status display
In the online state, after opening the sensor window, several sensor display windows will pop up according to the actual number of connected sensors. The user can switch the display mode: graph, instrument or digital mode.
在脱机状态下,用户可以通过“新增”菜单向模板手工添加传感器,并通过点击“删除”菜单去掉多余的传感器。在传感器窗口上,点击传感器的名称可以弹出传感器选择窗口,在此可以指定传感器的类型。

The X axis and Y axis are not zoomed in.
Y2 axis zoom. (Y2 axis refers to the right Y axis, and Y axis refers to the left Y axis.)
Select the data status. After dragging with the left button of the mouse, the selection area will appear. After releasing the mouse, the selection dialog box for data operation will pop up.
Data excluded. It means to exclude the data points in the selected area from the current graph. After selecting this operation, the curve selection dialog box will pop up, and the selected curve will be excluded. Note that this operation only excludes data points in the current graph, and these data still exist in the sampled data. If you load a new graphic or refresh this graphic, then
data analysis. It means that the data points in the selected area in the current graph participate in analysis and calculation.
ua After selecting this operation, the curve selection dialog box will pop up, and the selected curve will be excluded.
After ub selects the curve, the analysis method selection dialog box pops up, and you can set whether to draw an extension line to the fitted curve, and whether to display the text label of the fitting formula or the statistical result on the graph.
Do nothing. It means that if the current selection is a misoperation, then exit without any processing.
3. Form
The system displays all the data columns by default. Part of the data column can also be blocked by setting. Through the sampling times menu item, you can set which sampling data is currently displayed.
The size of numeric characters displayed in the table can be adjusted by zooming in, zooming out and restoring.

5. Thermometer
After opening the thermometer window, you need to first set which data column the thermometer displays. The optional range includes sensor data and calculated data. The system will automatically set the scale range of the thermometer, or it can be adjusted manually. At the same time, you can also set whether to display the right scale. The system defaults that the left scale is Celsius and the right is Fahrenheit. The system will automatically synchronize the scales on both sides.
6. Numbers
After opening the digital window, you need to first set which data column the digital window displays. The optional range includes sensor data and calculated data. The value displayed in this window will automatically adjust the height of the character to the best display effect according to the length of the number.
