1. System installation
1. Driver installation
This step can provide "video tutorial-driver installation"
When the sensor is inserted for the first time, the system will prompt to install the USB driver. Please choose to install the driver manually. The path of the USB drive is under the "driver" folder in the Digital Lab folder. After the driver is installed, there is no need to install the driver again in the future.
2. Application installation
2.1 System pre-installation
This system needs the support of Net Framework 3.5 from Microsoft. If the program is not installed on the operating system, please install the program before running the system. This program is included in the installation version of the software, and it will be installed automatically when the system is installed. The program can also be downloaded from Microsoft's official website and installed online.
2.2 Installed version software
This step can provide "video tutorial-software CD installation"
Run the Setup.exe program to install, follow the prompts to set the installation directory and other items. After the installation is complete, the system can be operated.
2.3 Green version software
(1) Copy all the content in the CD or U disk to any disk of the computer;
(2) Find the "DotNetFX35" folder, double-click the "NET35_SP1_cn" program to install Netframework3.5;
Note: If Netframework3.5 software has been installed on the computer, it does not need to be installed;
(Query method: enter the "Control Panel" in the computer, click "Add/Remove Programs", and find the programs shown in Figure 1 below, that is, Netframework 3.5 has been installed)
(3) Send the icon " " in the digital laboratory folder to the desktop shortcut. Operation: move the mouse over this icon, click the right mouse button, and select "Send to"-"Desktop" in the drop-down box that appears Shortcut"; the operation is complete;
(4) Send the experiment template folder to the desktop shortcut for easy search;
(5) Install the wired USB driver (please follow-the second part of this book -1, to operate);
(6) Use the USB cable to connect the sensor to the computer and turn on the side switch of the sensor;
(7) The dialog box for installing the driver pops up, select the driver path, and the driver file is in the "driver" folder in the digital laboratory (merged version 2011xxxx) folder;
Note: If the computer has been installed with the driver, there is no need to install it
(Query method: connect the sensor to the USB port of the computer with a USB cable. If the dialog box shown in Figure 2 pops up, it means that the USB port has no driver installed)
(8) If the teacher's terminal is equipped with a wireless sensor, please install the wireless Bluetooth driver, please follow "Part Two-3" to operate;
(9) The installation of the green version is complete;
2.4 Program upgrade
For the installation version of the software, you only need to execute the Setup.exe of the upgrade installation package to complete all the upgrade work. The upgrade installation package will automatically complete the uninstallation of the old version of the software and the installation of the new version.
For green version software, you only need to overwrite the files in the upgrade package to the execution directory. After the upgrade, please pay attention to check whether the version number indicated in the "About" dialog box when the software is running is the version number after the upgrade.
2. Quick use
After installing the system, please correctly connect the sensor and collector to the corresponding USB port of the computer. Execute Diselab.exe, please maximize the software interface, and check the connection prompt in the lower left corner of the system. If the system is correctly connected to the collector, it will prompt "Connect" ( ). After clicking the arrow there, it will prompt the type of sensor currently connected.
If the system cannot be correctly connected to the collector and sensor, please check the hardware connection again (note whether the switch on the side of the sensor box is turned on, and the indicator light is on after turning it on), or re-plug the USB interface cable, etc. If the problem cannot be solved after repeated repetitions, please contact after-sales technical support.
After the system is correctly connected to the collector, click "Sensor" in the upper toolbar, a sensor observation window will pop up, and the sensors connected to the collector will be displayed here one by one. If the number or type of the sensor window displayed does not match the actual hardware, please check whether the physical connection between the sensor and the collector is correct.
Click the "Start Sampling" button with the mouse, and the system starts to collect data. By default, the system will continuously collect data for 10 seconds at a frequency of 10HZ. The collected data will be displayed in the sensor observation window. Users can click "Type" in the sensor observation window to select different observation methods.
The following briefly introduces two data display methods: digital and graphical.
1. Digital display mode. Click the sensor icon ( ), the following figure will appear (1)
Then select the digital display (this is the most intuitive to see), and then click to show the legend (2).
2. Graphic display mode. Click the graphic icon , the following graphic will appear
Click on the curve in the left row of the above figure , tick the sensor in front of the sensor (as shown in the figure below), and then click:
Click all to zoom automatically , click to start experiment push-pull force sensor, the following figure will be displayed
3. Simultaneous display of numbers and graphics. Simultaneous display of numbers and graphics will be more clear. After the above two steps are set, click the top row of the software to select vertical arrangement. You can automatically arrange the two windows as shown below:
4. The default sampling frequency of the software is 10hz, and the sampling time is 10s. It can be adjusted through the option menu under the tool menu
Click the option to display the following picture: Adjust the frequency under " ",
Adjust the time in the total sampling seconds under " ".
After the data collection is completed, you can click the window close button and click "OK" in the confirmation dialog box that pops up to close the system.
Three, template and data management
Regardless of the current state of the system, if you select the "New" menu, the system will perform the following operations:
a Clear all constants and calculations.
b Delete all collected data.
c Restore all the settable items to default values.
d Close all open windows.
e After performing the above operations, the system is restored to the state just started.
f During the sampling process, the “New” menu cannot be selected.
Select the "Open" menu, the system will pop up a dialog box for selecting a file, and the file will be opened after confirmation. The file type supported by the system is ".xml" file. Please pay attention to distinguish files with the same suffix generated by other systems.
After the system opens the file, it will perform the following operations:
a Load the constants and calculations set in the file.
b Load the collected data in the file.
c Set the settable items to the values set in the file.
d Open the window specified by the file, and locate the window to the specified position and size, and restore all the loaded data in the window. In this way, the system is equivalent to restoring to the situation when the file was saved. Note that the following content will not be loaded:
a The analysis curve on the graph, the data on the graph temporarily exclude the setting.
b The zoom in or zoom out display settings on the table.
c The final display content of the meter, thermometer, and number.
d The content in the sensor observation window.
When a file is opened, the system automatically enters the "offline" mode, and the menu item "offline" is also selected on the menu. If you want to sample data at this time, please select the "Offline" button to get rid of the selected state. The system also enters the sampling state.
After selecting the "Save" menu item, a file selection dialog box will pop up, and the experiment file can be saved after confirmation. The system saves data files by default. The suffix of the file is ".xml". There are two sub-menu items under the "Save" menu item, namely: "Save Template" and "Save Data". The operation process of these two functions and the type of generated file are complete The same, the difference is that the file saved through the "Save Template" menu item only contains various settings and not the collected data, and the file saved through the "Save Data" menu item contains not only various settings but also the collected data.
If the current experiment data or template has been saved once, clicking the save button or sub-menu item again will save the template or data to the specified file, and the file selection dialog box will not pop up again.
4. Save as
The function description is as in the previous section. Regardless of whether the module or data has been saved, a file selection dialog box will pop up. The data file is saved by default, and it also has two submenu items of "Save Template" and "Save Data".
5. Preset templates
Selecting the "Preset template" menu item will automatically open the "FactoryTemplete" directory under the directory where the executable file is located. The system assumes that the experimental templates and sample data provided by the factory are stored in this folder. If the user wants to set the template or data created by himself as the factory template or data, he only needs to copy the completed template or data to this folder.
Select this menu item, the system will ask if you want to exit, if you choose to confirm, the system will shut down.
