Engineering features: ①In order to avoid cross contamination, strictly partition on the plane. ②The entrance of animals should be separated from the entrance of people and objects. ③ Grasp the setting of pressure gradient when designing pollution control. Healthy laboratory animals generally ensure that the breeding environment is positive to the outside, and the breeding of infected animals must maintain negative pressure. ④ Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and the amount of fresh air are necessary conditions for animal feeding. ⑤ The electrical load of the barrier environment and the isolation environment should not be lower than level 2. It is necessary to set up a backup power supply. ⑥In order to avoid cross-contamination and reduce the cost of deodorization, open cages should be used, and fresh air should be used for the air supply in the barrier environment of the frame. ⑦Return air should be used for self-circulating return air from each room instead of returning air through a large system. The airflow of the barrier type facility adopts the method of sending from top to bottom. For large animals, since the ground is easily contaminated by feces, the return air can be considered for the last return. ⑧Use a hot return air device. In order to avoid cross-contamination, the fresh air should not be polluted by exhaust air. ⑨Animals, especially small animals, are particularly sensitive to blowing. Therefore, the indoor airflow speed is required to be uniform and low. ⑩The deodorization adopts activated carbon adsorption type.
